Selena Gomez Celebrated Her 21st Birthday..

The beautiful actress and singer celebrated her 21st birthday with friends on Monday night over dinner. The young actress made sure she stood out on her day.

Her on and off boyfriend, wasn't in attendance, but that didn't dampen the mood of the birthday gal. In a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, she revealed that she is not dating Justin Bieber and she is okay with the decision.
