First lady of USA , Michelle Obama has being named by Sunday Times as the best dressed while Lady Gaga was named as worst dressed.

Well we can all see the contrasting dress sense and concludes with the fact that the First lady merit the honour bestowed on her as "Best dressed", that of Lady gaga....hmm..i just don't know how to describe it.
