The Ghanaian actor, Chris Attoh bows out of the popular African TV soap, Tinsel after seven years of being with them. He announced his exit to pursue other interests.

For those that don't know, Chris played the character of Kwame Mensah. However, his decision didn't come as a shock, as he has been listed alongside Tiwa Savage as two of the major characters to watch out for in the MTV Base drama, "Shuga". Concerning his sojourn in Tinsel, Chris has this to say;

“The last seven years on Tinsel have been an incredible journey and experience for me. Working with Mnet was phenomenal and it took a lot of deliberation but I have decided to pursue other career interests,”.
