Miss Ghana Crowned Miss World Africa

Miss Ghana 2012, Carranzer Naa Okailey Shooter has been crowned the new Miss World Africa. Miss Ghana came third in the just concluded Miss World Competition, She is the first Ghanaian to have attained this feat, she becomes the 63^rd Continental Queen of Africa holder.

She takes over from 2012 winner Atong Demarch of South Sudan. A coronation night which was was held after Saturday’s finale to confer on her, the new title.

Family Ordered Out Of A Restuarant As A Result Of Their Kids Noise Making

Most families normally take time out to hang out in eateries just to have fun. Some environment are children friendly that gives families the liberty and free will to dine with their family. However, not all eateries can tolerate the excess noise, but how do you treat a situation like that is a paramount thing.

Applebees franchise located in Texas experienced such a situation and their manner of approach to it was shocking. Eli Gau took his wife Lillian Maliti and their children out to eat at the “family-friendly” restaurant chain Sunday night. Gau describes three-year-old Ryan and one-year-old Ethan as “kind of active. They act like children. They’re not adults.” It seems one of the boys was up out of his seat, and Gau went to go grab him, but it was too late; the manager was already heading toward him.

The manager said that the kids were making too much noise, the family needed to leave immediately, and informed them that he already called the police. Harris County Sheriffs were waiting outside. A deputy told the family if they came back to the restaurant, they would be charged with trespassing.

Gau and Maliti described their feelings as “disrespected”, “stunned” and “heartbroken”. A spokesperson from Applebees apologized for the situation, stating that the management team was out of line and invited the family to come back and enjoy free dinner passes.
Applebees’s corporate made the following statement:

“Our franchise owner-operator has apologized to the Guest and invited the party back into their restaurant to demonstrate the standard of service each of our Guests deserve to receive during every visit. As a brand, our focus is and must always be providing the best possible experience for all of our Guests at all times. When a disruption in our restaurants affects any of our Guests, it is the manager’s responsibility to step in to resolve the situation. It is exceedingly rare that a situation requires the assistance of law enforcement, and our franchisee is using this instance as a teaching moment to better manage future disruptions in their restaurants.”

Well glad they had to come to their senses, as this would have cause led to their business sales going low.

MTN Project Fame Season 6 Winner Has Emerged!!!

This year project fame kicked off in June 2013 with a Project Fame tour held in three cities – Abuja, Port Harcourt and Lagos, and after series of auditions, 17 contestants for this year competition was passed through some training and test which has resulted in them been very good in music.

Well there is always a winner in every competition, and the winner for this year MTN Project fame is the sensational Olawale Ojo, thus making him the 6th winner since the inception of this MTN Project Fame.

First runner up - Immaculate Patience, from Benue State in Nigeria, will get N3m  plus a 2013 sedan car.

Second runner up –  Margaret Cephas from Liberia will get N2m and a saloon car,

 Third runner up – Niniola, a Nigerian got N2m cash prize.

 Fourth runner up – Omolayo Peter Babawale from Kwara State in Nigeria got N1m cash prize

 Fifth runner up – Roland Ricketts from Nigeria got N500,000 cash prize.

Miss Phillipines Wins 2013 Miss World Competition

Winner: Miss Phillipines

Miss Philippines has been crowned Miss World in a glittering finale despite threats by Islamist groups to disrupt the competition. The final round was held amid tight security after ongoing protests by Muslim extremists - who had previously branded the iconic competition 'pornography' and a 'whore contest'.

She beat 127 contestants vying for the crown - all of whom took to the stage wearing a range of shimmering and sequined evening gowns. However, Four candidates had dropped out earlier, mainly due to illnesses, according to organisers.

She sure didn't see herself winning as she was so shocked when she was declared winner.

'I promise to be the best Miss World ever,' said the teary-eyed 23-year-old today after being crowned Miss World 2013.

Miss France Marine Lorphelin, 20, was crowned runner-up in the competition, while Miss Ghana Carranzar Naa Okailey Shooter, 22, came in third.

Khloe has over time seems not to care about the troubles in her marriage as she has being spotted several times enjoying herself in company of her sisters, recently she was spotted having a swell time with The Game, and people have believed that there was a spark of love interest between them before Lamar came into the picture, although she was with her wedding bands.

Due to the recent troubles Lamar is experiencing, Lamar's dad is holding the Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner responsible as he termed Kris Jenner an evil b**** and Kim a porn star. The 56 year old dad, Joe Odom, believes Lamar's predicament is all down to his involvement with the Kardashians.

'He would be better off without them. Let him go and get his life together. I think the best thing for him would be to have a clean break, divorce Khloe and as a single man try and get his life back together.'

 'The mother has been talking a lot of trash about my son, saying he’s on drugs and stuff like that. 

'She’s got something against my son, something against my family. Kris Jenner is very negative. She’s an evil b***h. She doesn’t care about Lamar, she just cares about their image and money.'

'I can’t really say if the Kardashians are doing drugs, but my son would never use hard drugs. I can’t pinpoint right now who’s giving it him, but I’m going to investigate. The Kardashians haven’t been a good influence on my son.'

He continued: 'They don’t give a f*ck about my son. It’s more about the damage they do to the Kardashian brand. They brought him down. He’d be better off without them. Let him go, get his life together.'

He also attacked Khloe's popular public persona and said: 'I wish he had never got married to Khloe to be honest. She’s controlling. Those Kardashian women all are. You get married they think they wear the pants. You just bring them your whole paycheck, that’s how it works.

'I saw her totally differently when I heard the way she talked privately. It isn’t pleasant. In public she’s nice, but if you see her personally you see the real person come out of her. 

The mother’s like that too. The whole family, they put up an act.'

Wow that is a lot to be said about a particular family huh? Meanwhile  Kanye seems to be fallen in love everyday with his baby mama and has revealed that Kim can love him without his money. Kanye made this declaration during an interview with BBC Radio 1. Kim is reported to be worth $40million.

'She was in a powerful enough situation, where she could love me without asking me for my money, which is really hard for me to find,' 

'She gave me everything. She gave me a family. She gave me a support system,' he said of the 32-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star. 

"You know, I could have people saying, 'This is going to damage your credibility as an artist or a designer.' And I say, 'You know, I don't care I love this woman,'" he explained. "Or someone could say, you know, 'When the paparazzi surround you, everyone knows you don't like paparazzi but why would you be with this person?' I'm thinking, 'I'm being with this person because I love this person and she's worth it to me.'"

Controversial singer, Miley has been linked to a relationship with her music producer, 24 year old Mike WiLL. The pair were first linked last week, while a series of personal photographs from their respective social media accounts, as well as a suggestive photo shoot with famed photographer Terry Richardson, have since added fuel to the rumours.

The songstress has been working with the 24-year-old on her upcoming album, Bangerz, while she also features on his new song, 23, alongside Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J.
