The director of  Police pension fund, Mr. John Yusuf finally admit to have stolen #2billion of the pension.  However surprise filled the Federal High court, Abuja as Yusuf as at on Monday was handed only a two year term jail sentence for conniving with others to defraud the office and pensioners of #27.2billion..

However, he would not carry out the jail term as Justice Abubakar Talba gave him an option of fine in the sum of #750,000 for the three offences he pleaded guilty to and each of three offencse attracts a 2 year jail term, although the sentence runs concurrently..
